With over two decades of experience, Andrew has worked across Private, NFP and Public sectors, including health, education, finance and not-for-profits, excelling in roles that required leadership in governance, compliance and organisational transformation.

Andrew’s career highlights include serving as a Non-Executive Director at many university, higher education and primary and community health organisations. As an advocate for professional development, in 2010 he founded the Risk Discussion Group, creating a platform for knowledge exchange on governance, ethics and sound risk management.

Andrew holds an MBA with specialisations in HR, strategy and international business, complemented by not-for-profit management and governance certifications.
